Most people think of summer sun and cruising along with the windows rolled down when they think about a camper van vacation. But what about winter? Winter brings quiet campgrounds, curling up inside a cozy space with someone special, and the soft secrets of snow.

A snow adventure in a camper van offers all the comforts of home wherever you want it to be. Plus you get everything you need for a snowshoe adventure.

The Best Routes

If you’re not quite sure where to go on your snow adventure in a camper van or what to do, we are always happy to share ideas. If you’re interested in a snowshoeing retreat near Mt. Hood, you can’t do much better than renting a rig like Vinny, with convenient pick-up in Portland, OR. Then all you need to do is grab your groceries, and head for the hills!

Space To Chill

You’ll have plenty of room to roam on the roads in winter. And a camper van has loads of space to bring along whatever toys you’ll want for your adventure, like skis or sleds. Many of the camper vans in the GoCamp fleet include optional add-ons like snowshoes, so even if you don’t have your own, your winter snow adventure need not have limits.
