Ingredients
The ingredients for this colorful and easy recipe are super straightforward.
- Veggies for crunch and color
- Umi noodles (@umiorganic) or other fresh ramen noodles
- A protein of your choice (we used pork, but tofu or tempeh would be great too)
- A sauce or dressing
Prepare the noodles
Boil the noodles according to the package directions. Heat up your protein, slice and dice up your vegetables, and assemble your noodle bowls! We like to top our colorful noodle bowls with peanut sauce (pre-prepared or whisk up your own) but a simple soy sauce or lime juice dressing would be equally nice.
