COVID-19 SAFE TRAVEL
It’s a long and winding road back from this global pandemic. We have COVID-19 safe travel at the very top of our priority list to keep van owners and van renters safe and healthy. Please be sure to review the information below prior to your trip.
Pre-Departure Screening Questions
Before your GoCamp trip please consider the following questions:
- Have you or anyone in your party recently had a fever, respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath?
- Have you or anyone in your party been in close contact with anyone with these symptoms in the last 14 days?
- Have you or anyone in your party had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
If you answer yes to any of the questions above, please have all parties tested for COVID-19 and let us know if you need to reschedule or cancel your trip.

Cancellation Policy
Before COVID-19 GoCamp required a 30 day notice on all cancellations. We’ve updated our policy to reflect the times.
If you have been diagnosed with COVID and are unable to take your trip, please reach out and let us know ASAP. You can reschedule your trip in the same van for a later date, or if a reschedule is not possible, you will receive a GoCamp credit for the amount paid, valid for one year from your original booking date. If you prefer a refund, it will be subject to our standard cancellation fees. Cancellations for one-way rentals may be subject to the one-way fee. You will need to submit documentation of your COVID diagnosis.
